One of the things I've struggled with for the longest time is transferring my massive music library from either my old computer (RIP) or my iPod onto this computer with 500g of storage 4g Ram (No big deal). It surpasses 4000 songs and is essentially my life in music.
Why this is a big deal
Pretty much I run the risk of losing every song, every album I've ever bought should my iTunes begin to sync over this iPod. Massive gamble. Luckily there are online software programs equipped to do the legwork for you. Most notable is senuti (iTunes spelled backwards). Unfortunately, this software is only compatible with Mac computers. Google has led me to believe that there is online software compatible with Windows 7 and can do the transfer if I transfer 25 bucks. Here goes nothing. Which is a stupid expression! More like here goes everything, I'm putting it all on the line here. If it works it is damn near the best 25 bucks I've ever spent.
